In the first phase, 12 modern two-room, three-room and four-room apartments with water-borne heat and a good standard will be built, spread over two apartment buildings. Prices for the apartments will start at NOK 2.8 million.
There is already concrete interest in three or four of the twelve apartments. 23 May is the start of sales.
Possible start of construction will be 1 August 2024 with satisfactory advance sales. There will be around 10 months of construction time before it is ready to move in.
