In this project, there is the possibility of a loan from Husbanken of up to 85% of the purchase price. Housing bank financing gives a lower interest rate, a 30-year repayment horizon, and the first five years are interest-free.

Buyers must submit an application with an application form «HB 7.S.19 Application for loans to private individuals«. This can help the broker fill in the correct information.

The application with attachments can be sent electronically and securely via Digipost to Husbanken organization no. 942 114 184. Alternatively, the application can be sent by ordinary post. Documents containing personally sensitive information, such as national identification numbers, must not be sent by e-mail.

When the application has been processed, Husbanken sends the result of the application processing electronically or by ordinary post to the loan applicant.

The loan guarantee to the buyer can be used for the purchase of housing in this project which has been approved for financing at the Housing Bank. The buyer has a deadline of three months to enter into a purchase contract and the loan must normally be sought to be paid within two years, otherwise the loan commitment expires.
